Your support account
Using your regular GCaccount login, you also have access to a support account with our help desk. With this account, you can view and manage your active help desk tickets on our third-party tool, Freshdesk.
Note: Even if you do not log in to our support portal, you will still receive support emails from our help agents.
Connecting an old Freshdesk account to your GCaccount
If you previously had a Freshdesk account, you will need to connect your GCaccount to view and manage your tickets.
Log in or create a GCaccount on https://account.gccollab.ca. Once you have logged in, Freshdesk will connect your support account.
Note: If your Freshdesk account used a different email than your GCaccount you will not have access to your past tickets.
