You may need to change your email address when changing organizations or if you no longer have access to the email account you registered with.

It is important to keep your email address current so that you can receive updates and notifications, as well as be able to use the Forgot Password feature. It is easy to change your email address – you never need to make a new GCaccount.

  1. Log in to GCaccount at You can log in using your original email address. 
  2. On the next page, make sure you are on the Profile tab in the left sidebar. 
  3. Enter the new email address that you wish to use for your account. 
  4. Click Save. You can now log in to your GCaccount using your new email! 

Note: You will need to log in to a new session for the changes to take place.
